You're going to hear from me :)
Following the Second Life Celebration art show, Osprey and Enjah kindy invited me to be a contributor on this blog. I happily accepted and started thinking that this could be a great place to function as a central hub for the art scene of Second Life.
Some things I'm working on:
I'm in contact with Jackie Morie, who is working on the San Jose Museum of Art exhibition of virtual art. They will be making the final determinations this Sunday. I hope I will be able to get an opportunity to ask her a few questions and report back here. :)
I'm also interested in brainstorming some ideas on collaborative art spaces... For example, I've been toying with the idea of creating a 3D Zoomquilt in Second Life. The details are still to be narrowed down, but I'd like the number of artist participants to be small, so that efforts can be directed towards making something amazing and fully integrated.
